Terms & Conditions:
Lessee agrees to pay Lake Oklawaha RV Resort, the Lessor, the monthly payment per month for 60 months as lease payments for a specified Site # at Lake Oklawaha Resort. The balance due upon execution of agreement, down payment to start the contract. The said lease payments shall paid on the first (1st) day of each month until the end of the term. The renewal for the lease is able to be extended 6 months prior to the final expiration date of the contract. To qualify for the 5-year lease special, Lessee must lease a site for 5 (five) consecutive years in order for the promotion to apply.
